At Neurodiverse Advocacy CIC , we provide inclusive, person-centred support for neurodivergent individuals, families, and organisations. Our services are designed to empower, inform, and ensure every voice is heard.

Advisory Support

We offer clear, practical advice tailored to neurodivergent individuals, families, and organisations.

We support with:

• Understanding your rights and entitlements

• Navigating education, healthcare, and workplace systems

• Guidance on support plans and next steps (including EHCPs and other care plans)

• One-to-one tailored advice based on your needs

Advocacy Support

We work alongside our advocacy partners to ensure their voice is heard and respected.

We can:

• Attend meetings (schools, local authorities, workplaces, healthcare)

• Help you prepare for meetings and understand their outcomes

• Ensure your wishes are considered and upheld

Our goal is to empower you while providing the support you need.

Training & Workshops

We deliver inclusive, engaging training to promote awareness and understanding of neurodiversity

Our sessions cover:

• Neurodiversity awareness for families and friends

• Supporting neurodivergent individuals in schools and workplaces

• Practical tools and strategies

• Creating inclusive environments


 

Available for organisations, professionals, and community groups (both online and in-person).

Child in Need and Child Protection

We provide specialist support for families involved in Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) processes.

Navigating CIN or CP plans can feel overwhelming—we are here to support you every step of the way.

We offer:

• Explanation of the CIN or CP process in clear, accessible language

• Support preparing for CIN or CP meetings

• Attendance at meetings as your advocate

• Help ensuring your child’s needs—especially neurodiverse needs—are properly recognised

• Guidance on working with social services and other professionals involved

We focus on ensuring your voice and your child’s voice and best interests remain central.
